Profile Gauge & Tool Ltd. works to the highest industry standards required by our BS EN ISO 9001/2008 and UKAS accreditation. We believe that having third party approvals is simply the start of a process that is required to supply the market place with products at the forefront of materials technology.

Our quality team monitor all aspects of engineering manufacture to ensure we maintain the high standards our customers expect. The company is fully committed to the implementation of its quality policy and operates its quality system to BS EN ISO9001:2008.

We operate quality systems that include full 1st off inspection reports, in production quality control inspection, backed up by random production patrol inspection.

Production is supported by 3D modelling and simulating software whilst inspection is supported by CNC co-ordinate measuring machines. Our strategy of continual improvement to the processes controlling quality ensures that customers receive a sustainable quality product.
